Never Again with Cowboy Studio

I should have read reviews about cowboy studios before I purchased something from them. I bought a 6x9 backgrop that didn't fit my 6x6 stand so I asked to exchange it. They wouldn't let me since it was opened from the plastic package (which was just a clear plastic sheet). And they said I can order a new bigger one. Hah, I will never order anything from them again, and I suggest you don't too. I will update you if they make this right.

Absolutely shocked from customer service! Never been treated in such a way before. I won't recommend this merchant at all. I won't shop from them again.
