Extremely poor customer service Dundas location

I went to the store to get an ipad casex 2 for my child, after half an hour, we realized the size was not right, so we went back to try if we can switch to another items, I asked politely if it was ok, but her attitude was very rude, she even said my behaviour was childish, and what sample I have set to my child, I got a huge lesson from this young dark skin lady, a few bulks was not a big issue, but her attitude with no empathy which irritates me to be very upset, worse staff,should be fired
