Bill Chan is a shady contractor. He boast good prices but comes w/ bad workmanship & communication. Never shows up for meetings & dodges calls. The only time he does contact you & is when he is looking for more money. Made the mistake of paying him in full & will now not return my calls to finish off the uncompleted work. He will charge you for work that you did not agreed to. The quality of his work is also terrible. Review by other "happy" customer: https://goo.gl/L6iuwp
