A star doesn't warrant this business. Samsung Canada are co-conspirators in requesting their vendor review the the problem. This was openly agreed not a warranty issue however, receiving a quote to fix a completely different problem(screen) than that stated by Samsung on the work request(software), stumped even in a 1 to 1 discussion with FTS not acknowledging this. Both vendors use each other as scape goats. Than paying $55 to get my phone back for 0 service. Fraud, unethical come to mind.
