At the suggestion of a well known shoe technician in London (They make physical adjustments to soles, structure, etc. for those with disabilities, medical issues, orthotics, etc.) I contacted Runner's Choice for a specific pair of New Balance shoes that could take a big adjustment: 2" or 5.8 cm to one shoe. The order was supposed to take two weeks. I heard nothing. I telephoned repeatedly. I asked the owner to contact me. Nothing. Discourteous, rude and no empathy for the disabled.
