I won't go into the details because I don't want to embarass these people too much. But I have to say they are quite useless. They can't track what work they do and they can't fix things. Most of the time you can't reach them by phone. Their store looks like the exact same mess as you saw it the last time you saw it. I have no idea how they stay in business. Go elsewhere if you need repairs. Good luck.
