Great experience at the Salon. I got my hair highlighted for the first time and I love it so much Shabana did a great job. I highly recommend.

I went for a beard trim and I got some new guy he was terrible and didn’t even do what I asked and Shabana is nothing but mean and rude and didn’t care about complaints. Shabana pricing always changes terrible customer service surprise there still in business with a bad attitude. Be happy to even get 1 star in my opinion

Best salon in town, both Shabana and Rio are extremely talented and know what they are doing. My family and I absolutely love going to this Salon to get our services done. Very reasonable prices and friendly atmosphere.

Went their for my eyebrows, haircut, and highlights. Shabana did an exceptionally impressive job. She is excellent at what she does. I am glad i found this hairsalon.

I have been going to Shabana for years for my eye brows yet she has never treated me any different than a client who just walked in. She hardly ever honours appointment times and has never offered me any promotions for coming to her for so long AND sending her tens of clients. Today was the last straw after making an appointment, 10min past she was still not ready for me, as always. Never going back here again.

I would give this salon zero stars if I could. The guy on the counter is extremely rude. Their regular hours are Mon-Fri 9.30 am - 8 pm and they do not accept appointments because they say that sometimes customers do not show up for their appointments and they lose walk-in business. So my wife went there at 6 pm after her work on Friday and they refuse to take her!! The guy on counter had a nerve to tell my wife why she didn't wait till last minute to close the store??

Very poor customer dealing. They don't know how to make customers and to keep them. I was going there for my self as well as for my son but this time the lady charged me over and i asked her last it wasn't that much. After that she was extremely rude. Even i pointed her that you are being rude but she didn't considered. One more thing they charge you tax. But when you pay cash they still charge you tax and never gave you a receipt. I was hoping it to be my long term salon but from today i won't be going back and would not recommend it. As they don't know how to maintain their customers.

Excellent Service and price. Shabana and her team are amazing in color,cut, facial (mani/pedi) and Eyebrowwwww...SOOO DAMM GOOD..LOVED IT, will recommend this to everyone
