    Leanne & her staf...

    Leanne & her staff offer amazing services that are beneficial on so many levels. I love going to one place for all of my services and be fortunate enough to be around such caring, dedicated and qualified people. I started off with hypnosis and 1-on-1 sessions to better understand my lifelong struggles with weight gain. This sparked my interest and led me on my journey of self-discovery and so much more. I have noticed significant changes in my life since meeting Leanne and I am forever grateful.

    I just happened t...

    I just happened to stumble upon this site online looking for a meditation class for my daughter and myself. We went to our first class and loved it. The both of us are still coming back for more. My daughter is doing massage with reiki and I have started mindful physio with Leanne. I recently have gone through a seperation and have found my sessions with Leanne have been very very helpful to me, emotionally and spiritually. The staff at congruent wellness is always so welcoming and comforting I am so grateful to have found them!
