Slow service after loan paid off. Notification TransUnion of vehicle clear of lien was never done. Unable to call local branch as directed by automobile loan call centre. Called phone number on website and was re-routed to automobile loan call centre. I had to travel to the local branch and organize my own proof of the vehicle loan having been paid in full. Very embarrassing for me to have to be called by my new car dealer that I had NOT being lying to them that the trade was clear of liens.
