Terrible Auto Service
Two bad experiences in a row. First, parts dept could not figure out what lug nuts to give me for a Dodge Caravan, gave me the wrong ones. After returning them they then spent 20 minutes looking for a key for the aftermarket lug nuts cabinet, then had no idea or documentation as to what nuts fit what vehicle. They recommended one type, turned out to be wrong as well. Why have a cabinet full of parts if all 3 people working there have no idea what they fit? Total waste of time. Second was the Service Dept. I was lied to twice in one afternoon. Arriving on a first-come first serve basis, they said I was second in line and would be in within a half hour or so. Four vehicles in the bay before me, each time I was told I was "next" and 2 hours later I was still "next", so I left. Another afternoon wasted!
