I had a chair re-upholstered that was dropped off at D&W in Aug 2020 and not completed till February 2021. When they dropped it off at my home, I paid them in full. Once the chair was in place, I saw the pattern repeat did not match up on the side of the chair. None of the pattern repeats matched up and was even crooked on the side of the chair. I called and spoke to 'Heather' who said 'too bad, we aren't fixing it' and hung up on me!! They charged almost $600 and it's a mess!!!
