It would be nice if they had a "Qualified" person with knowledge do be able to deal with areas that need attention. I bought a Rolex generic Crystal a couple of weeks ago from THE ORIGINAL them, By The way they Unpack the Original crystal that comes from Hong Kong with the Gasket and they sell them desperate. Anyway I received the Correct crystal with the Wrong Gasket. Crystal chipped confirmed with a Buddy at Rolex that Gasket was WRONG.
