Because I am limited to what I can write word of advice record your phone calls, because over the phone they will tell you one thing and in person its a different story. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The lady and the gentlemen at the front reception desk especially the male was highly disrespectful and showed no interest in resolving the problem. I will be escalating this issue further.

I was involved in an accident few weeks back and I was referred to Vaughan Car Rental by the tow truck. My experience would have been 5 star if only they were able to pick up the rental at my address in Oshawa. Denis answered all my questions and gave me some advice regarding my next vehicle. He was very courteous, first time I got called sir and I'm only 20. Lol. If you ever have any issues I would say talk to this guy first before anyone else. He's very pleasant to deal with. Do call him!

I usually don't write reviews, But i had such a great experience and the amount of help that i received from the staff at Vaughan was unexpected. From providing me the car a the scene and billing my insurance directly and me returning the car and making the process as easy and hassle free I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends. Thank you again for your help especially when it was a very hard time for me.

The experience I had at this car rental was nothing short of a nightmare. If you like to be shouted at and insulted, called names and mistreated then go right ahead. Ask for Brenda and she will demonstrate to you how low customer service can get. In fact, meeting a young lady who blends arrogance and aggression to produce such grotesque and displeasing attitude is both rarely seen and scary. No, the dirty vehicle in very unsatisfactory driving condition was not my biggest problem, by far.

I have never written a review about a business until today. I had gotten a rental from them because I was rear ended. It was a BMW that was a piece of junk. Not only was the handling horrible but it was dirty and smelled awful. I returned it within 24 hours and was charged $101.69. A month later I see a charge for $55 when I called to inquire I came to find out it was for a 407 bill that I incurred of just over $5 dollars. The other $50 was for an administrative charge!!! Then he had the nerve to tell me all rental companies including Enterprise does this at this point I corrected him as I just had a rental from them and they only charge what they are billed for the 407. Do not ever deal with this business! I don't even want to give them one star but by default u need 1 just to submit a review.

Very poor customer service. Vehicle was damaged and had strong tobacco smoke odour. Promises were made to swap out vehicle by next day even if it was after hours. They were aware that I was going out of town. Was never contacted. Company did not respond to voice messages sent throughout the day. Very unsatisfactory. Such a headache. Will not use again.
