This was the worst visit i have ever had to this restaurant or any restaurant for that matter.. first yes we know it was busy but it took 40 minutes for food.. then there was a hair in our salad, our poached eggs were hard and you couldn't even dip into our over easy eggs. When we made a complaint the workers mocked us and made fun of us. Our waitress got made and rude with us. It was an overall disgusting visit and the four of us will never return.

The service was OK. They could have been more happy, I got everything I asked for even though they forgot my fries and gravy, they still made a good recovery and the fries and gravy tasted better than the sandwich. They did not bring cuttlery until I asked. I will come back, I told the manager about my experience in his restaurant. I told him what was good and what needed to be improved upon and he received my feedback very well. I have eaten here in the past and it has been good. The price on the sandwich itself I found to be alittle high but they do give a good portion. Good job Wimpy's
