Be aware that this is an independent store, not a corporate store, so you cannot return merchandise bought here to any other Hallmark store. Also, they do not accept returns on Christmas items after Jan 1, despite the fact that their receipts indicate 30 days to return and their staff do not make this clear on checkout. I would have appreciated being made aware of these facts before buying from this store so I would not be stuck with items I did not end up giving as gifts.
