Canadian Tire General Store - Auto Service

Very poor customer service, nothing changed in 7 years. Lots of clutter. Only department that is any good automotive.

Worst service ever. Overcharged, nobody checked anything. The lights for tire pressure and washer fluid were on before and after service.

I visited the Canadian Tires service shop in Bradford twice in 2017. Never again! I am certain it was the shop manager who provided the service. Very poor service. On both occasions he was very dry and unprofessional. I Have been a licensed mechanic for 18 years now but I don’t in the field. I would never trust having my car serviced by crew that is managed by a manager who to me doesn’t like his job. Poor customer service, I am not going back there.

I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well.
