There was an issue with the flowers I had received from bevs, when I went in to show them they redid the flowers on top of refunding the amount they had cost. I also had my son in my car whom potentially had the chicken pox, one of the employees who was also a mother was very helpful and offered to look at him. Another went as far as to give him a small teddy bear that he will not let go of now. I am old fashioned and feel as though customer service has really gone in the toilet, I do believe if you own a business and something goes wrong you fix the problem instead of beating around the bush. Bevs flowers did exactly that; fixed my issue. They perfectly displayed what customer service is "suppose" to look like. Great job! I would recommend this business to all!
