Had a tie rod replaced, and found the steering wheel was crooked when I drove home. The next day I called and they told me to come in, but when I arrived they already knew I needed an alignment but they told me they don't do them. Why would you do a job you couldn't finish? Nobody noticed the wheel was crooked when they drove it out of the garage?? Poor communication, they never said anything about alignment until I brought it back.
