Very poor experience. I ordered a birthday cake, and they told me it would be ready by 6:30pm. I went to pick it up and it wasnt ready - apparently they needed another hour to finish it. We went out for dinner and came back at 9:30pm and it still wasnt ready. They assured me it would only be 5 more minutes, so I waited outside in my car. 15 minutes went by and still no cake - so I left. They didnt apologize or even call me back to see if I still wanted the cake. This is not how you do business.

Everything is custom made from scratch, therefore we have a 24 hour in advance policy.
