Been here twice with the family for breakfast, the food and service were very good, the staff was friendly and made sure our visit was enjoyable. Thanks!
Great family dining experience.
Will not go back to this restaurant. All five different meal entrees were cold and meal salad was awful - spinach thrown onto a plate with five pieces of mushy red pepper and a few bits of bacon. Poor quality food, will not waste our money again.
We're retired and eat out every day so we are able to sample a lot of restaurants - and Applebees in Ajax is our favourite. We eat there at least once a week, generally twice. The food is always fresh and cooked the way we like. Their coffee is one of the better brews and always hot and fresh. Service is always 5 star with fast efficient and friendly service. If you're lloking for good food, great service and very reasonable prices, you won't do better.
Pretty bland and cold food. One veggie choice... a small starter. Waitress chewed her nails all the time.... felt a little unsavoury. Nice TV's
Worst chicken parm ever! Not only was it cold, but the sauce was bland. There is nothing more disgusting than cold pasta, and that is exactly what I received. I really don't care about their new renovation, I will never go back.
The food was bad, the onion rings were not cooked enough and tasted bad, the hamburger came with wilted lettuce and tiny bad piece of tomato, riblets were dry and had a bad taste. The waitress was oblivious to our table and was slow, unfriendly, unattentive and not polite. Also I dropped my cell phone under the table and did not realize it until I got home and I called back, talked to an employee and asked them to check where I sat and was hung up on. Then I called back again and spoke to the manager who was rude to me on the phone and did not go check and told me to drive back and look myself and then hung up on me as well. They have horrible customer service and clearly do not care about they're customers. I went back to find my phone and sure enough it was under the table where I said in plain sight. Horrible experience and will never go back again. Not recommended to anyone.
Food was OK, but I dont go to a restaurant to eat ok food after all i'm paying for it. I'm not sure what they think their rib sauce is but it was a little burt and didn't taste very well. The shimp appitizer I had, come'on little popcorn shirmp with a sauce that lacked just a little sweetness. My wifes crispy orange chicken bowl had frozen veggies in it basically...chicken was the best part. Service was great thanks Amy. Atmosphere...people turn your cell phones off, or atleast talk like you're not trying to interupt everyone else's meals. I don't think i'm an Applebee's guy.
First...Tuscan cheese spread is AMAZING. The steak was very good and the chicken fingers are as good as chicken fingers can be anyways. Riblets COULD be better. I love the fries there. One of my top 3 favs for sure.
When the line up is that long they must be doing something right! Great food, great service, I will be back.
This place has been on a steady incline for years and i am loving what they are doing.
Been there 3 times now and I don't know why we kept giving it another shot. The first time wasn't so bad but subsequent visits left a lot to be desired. Last visit the menu had changed but the food quality had suffered as well. The service is terrible regardless of which waiter/waitress you have. The best part about didning there is that unvariably the management will ask how your meal was and without hesitation will comp parts of the tab because they know how terrible it is.
The service was very good the waitress that served us was very pleasant and friendly. The kitchen turnaround time could be faster however the food was very good.
After an array of issues, with not having half the regularly available beers on tap... the order came without veggies, (supposed to), the chicken and shrimp were over done. The server tried to rectify it with the manager after finally bringing overcooked veggies that were obviously nuked in the microwave. He made us justify why we were not happy. Ended up not paying the whole bill. Nonetheless, we'll never return.
We have been dining at this establishment for some time -usually once a week after shopping. We have always had excellent service & food with the exception of one time which the manager was more than kind & rectified matters immediately. The staff has always been very courteous & we would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant to our friends.
I love applebee's its my favorite restaurant and I always go there to eat!!!
The drink was so pretty and very tasty. The app was delicious as always and brought out very quickly. I had enough time between my app and my entree and I didn't wait too long for my entree. My server asked me to cut into my steak to make sure it was cooked right for me and it was perfect. I never have any problems when I go to Applebee's. It is my favourite restaurant. I go many times a month.
Mashed potatoes were colde. Did not get gravy for mashed potatoes and it was on the bill and we paid for it. I believe the Chicken asiago came with bread, didn't get any.
I've been to this restaurant several times. I love the Santa Fa Salad. Sometimes the service is excellent sometimes it...ok. I've order this salad and it has been tremendous and I have ordered recently and it had the wrong dressing and noodles instead of pita chips. The food quality seems to really vary. I had outstanding food (for this category) and food I've had to send back , usually nothing in between. (This is one of the few places I set my expectation to have the salad I had the first time) I always go back and hope the food will be as good as the first time. My sucess rate is 7 out of 10 times. They have the market on this salad. The restaurant is generally fairly clean. Service is average.
The restaurant was freezing. The waitress was asked several times to bring more bbq sauce. Finally someone other than the waitress brought some but after my husband had finished his ribs. We waited for over 1/2 hour after ordering to received our meal and the restaurant was not that busy. My husband asked for another serving of riblets (all you can eat) and had to wait for over 15 minutes to get them again brought out by someone other than our waitress. Not impressed and will not revisit.
