Just picked up my new glasses. The service was EXCELLENT and the staff is very helpful and friendly. There are a lot of frames to pick from and the prices are really reasonable. It was also very reassuring that all of the Covid precautions are in effect! The Harwood location is where I will be going to from now on!
My girlfriend referred me to Ajax Optical after telling her my horror story at another place and I fell in love with their amazing selection especially for a picky patty like me. Felt nice to finally find a place that had genuine and unforced customer service. Highly recommended, five stars!
this place is a joke, i wont be back. they try to charge you 80 bucks to get your PD measured, when it should be free. they just dont want you saving money and buying cheaper frames online. online is the way to go, waaaaay cheaper for top brands, just go to hakeem optical and get your PD measured, or do it yourself (look up online)
