I have experienced nothing by poor, inappropriate and negligent actions from the Jacobi Brien insurance company. I will not ever bring my business to this company again nor would I recommend anyone do the same due to their carelessness and utter disregard for customer care. Providing me with incorrectly dated pink cards then advising me months away from what my documented renewal date I thought to be that my actual insurance renewal date was a couple weeks away as opposed to months, has left me
