I didn't even think I'd be eligible for a mortgage but James got me an excellent rate, walked me through every step and was so patient with my 10,000 worried email. and when funding was late coming in on a Friday afternoon, Margaret called me at 9 pm when it did come through so I wouldn't spend the weekend worrying.
