Allstate Insurance: Halifax Agency

I have had very little good experience with insurance companies in the past, but this agency has really outdone itself for worst customer service ever. It took months to get a call back from a manager when requested, and when he did call, he had zero interest in actually doing anything to correct the horrendous customer service I had received. Shop around but even if these folks come back with a competitive rate know that their after sales customer service will not match their sales service.
