TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I had booked an appointment over the phone (Covid) so that I could take out money and asked what the policy’s where. I had booked an early appointment during the senior hours and was told that since it was an appointment, I was fine. When I got there a man came out in a suit and greeted everyone but me. He treated me and my father with so much disrespect, even after I told him I had an appointment. He then asked me personal information in front of everyone and made me extremely uncomfortable.

Teller accepted certified cheque of a company without checking if its a legitimate account and later this was returned. Bank staff held me responsible for their negligence and blocked my account. Very unprofessional customer service
