Called for a delivery was quoted 40 mins. Been on hold for 2 hours with store.... kinda upset never again ordering kfc

The last 3 times I went to the location I was very disappointed. The opening time say's 10:30 but rarely is the store ever ready for customers at the time. The second last time I went I waited in the drive thru for about 20 min, and when I went to the window they said that the beef for my burrito was warming up and if a bean burrito would be alright instead. I said sure and revived a cold bean burrito. Today they forgot to give me my chicken. If you can't process an order in 7 minutes just clos
