Initially great. Did the work in 2012 in good time with a price that was competive. Had a 20 year warranty included onto the final invoice. 12 years later the roof is buckling and basically deteriorating. Came once to patch but after ignored our calls and now his number is disconnected. DO NOT USE. Another roofer could not understand the state of the roof and could only surmise that second rate materials were used. Now we are looking at another roofing job in less then 15 years.
