DO NOT TRUST THIS GROOMER!!! After we made the appointment, we emailed specific instructions to this groomer. When we arrived we went over the instructions again to be sure that they were understood. When we came back for our dog, the instructions had been ignored! When we asked why the groomer had done what was done, the groomer said they didn’t do it! The damage will take at least 6 months to regrow. When we requested a full refund, we were offered a credit or minimal discount.

Oh man she takes such great care of your dog or cat. Professional, gentle yet firm she gets the job done and keeps your pet calm. She did a fantastic job with my squirmy cat. Highly recommend to anyone who wants the Hollywood experience for their pet.
