Not happy with their customer service. 100% the worst I have ever experienced. I have a few stories to share. 1 - cat was given medication, I gave the meds to my cat and she started foaming at the mouth, frightened I immediately contact the vet. Treats low income families with pets like they are horrible people. Tells people that they are lucky they are even helping them with their pets, and talking to them on the phone. Forces people to sign surrender papers if they do not have funds right away.
