They say on their website that -We believe stable, financially self-sufficient, housing is one of the corner stones to helping those with a lower income succeed- Yet they turn down resident applications without giving any reasons. They have vacancies & are happy to show you around acting very positive & welcoming until they for some unknown reason decide they do not want you. Would not return calls for over a week. Refused to reconsider, refused to offer reasons. Just a money business after all
