This place is run by a guy named Louie Filfilan, who in my opinion is a pathological liar. This organization as a whole offers lackluster Hajj or Umrah packages. They don't refund you for costs they should have covered, and even if they do, it'll be months after the original trip. Stay away from this organization. People like Sheikh Ali Nasser or any other religious leaders who lead their trips are complicit in this scam.
