Best service ever!

I just want to say these guys are incredible. They really do go out of there way for you. We get all our pet needs from them. We wanted to do something special for our cats so we decided to get a Drinkwell water fountain for them. The first 2 we got were not to our liking so we returned them with ease. They then special ordered one and we are completely happy with it! Very impressive service. We are members for life. If you deal with them you won't be sorry.

Their staff know more than sales, they also are able to give pet advices and are actually pretty good at it. I have followed more than one advice coming from their staff already and it was very useful.

Great little pet food store

I really like this store. Owners work on site, friendly, helpful, and know the products. They order a cat food that only I purchase, no problem, and always keep at least one in stock for me. Please support small business - this would never happen in a big, impersonal store.
