I decided to give GW a shot after avoiding them for nearly a decade. I dropped my bike off to get a tire replaced on a Wednesday and was told it would be ready by end of day Thursday. It wasn’t but I understand. Was told it would be ready Saturday. It wasn’t. They aren’t open on Mondays even during the summer so called in today on Tuesday and they’re just getting to it at noon today. I don’t ask for much, but 6 days for a tire change is pretty pathetic.

treated like theives the moment we purchased our items and kept looking around. customer service was the ones being rude go figure. spent 500$ and still got rushed out of the store, probally because i was now in the discount section and they had other higher paying customers lined up.very poor experience.

Finally found a great bike shop for exceptional service and great value. Dave, the mechanic and counter staff all weer helpful in getting what I needed. Certainly will use this shop again. Nicholas
