Bishop & Associates Dr Marlborough Mall

I took my kids for 10am appointment, as soon as we arrived the associates checked the kids,However,it took as long to wait for the doctor with the kids bored.We were there for more than an hr waiting for the doctor, and we noticed clients who came after us were getting checked so we assumed that ours are kids and that's why they weren't getting first come first service. As a result, we notified the worker why are clients who came after us are getting service prior,and we left we no service.

Very satisfied with this location and high recommend them.. Thanks for the great service..

I needed to have a 1 or 2 minute phone conversation with the optometrist to determine if she could properly assess my intermediate-distance vision. The closest I could get was a ditsy receptionist who clearly didn't understand what I needed. "Can't talk to optometrist because that would be an eye exam." No, it would be to determine if services would meet requirements prior to paying $100 or more. I will recommend against Bishop & Assoc to everyone I know who might use them.
